Dr Shilpi Sharma is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and specialist in autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessment and support. She has over eight years of specialist experience across NHS and independent settings, with thousands of assessments completed across the lifespan. Her academic background includes a PhD in Psychology and published research in autism. Her approach is warm, practical, formulation-led and support-focused – helping individuals and families move beyond confusion towards clarity, confidence and meaningful next steps.
